My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the great location, my experience was overshadowed by poor service from the staff. There were significant issues during my visit, particularly regarding the reservation and management communication, which left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, despite a few pros, I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone after my experience.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to these issues, although the overall building appears to have potential if management improves communication.
